Head Chef / Founder
Oluwatobi Fletcher is the Head chef at Ofadaboy. He is an indigene of Ofada town in Obafemi Owode Area of Ogun State, a place famous for the production of local ofada rice. With his great grandfather being the first farmer to plant the famous ofada rice, he has the ofada blood running in him.
His creativity and innovative capacity has won him and the company several industry and state awards including Ogun State Youth Award, Best Finger Foods Outfit in the just concluded Event industry Awards. He is also the first brand in the world to produce three different variants of palm wine (palm wine and pineapple), Palmo (palm wine and orange), Palma (palm wine and apple). Oluwatobi, is also the convener of the first Nigeria’s Ofada Rice Day festival, an event created to draw the global attention to our own brand of rice and promote our cultural heritage by showing the power of Africa to the World. Among several of his ideas and innovations that has shaped the industry in last ten years.
The event which had over 2000 Nigerians including the 60s and millennial gather to interact and have a common taste was a huge success with the support of Lagos State Government and other notable brands. He has handled major event and shows, with his presence at the just concluded, Big Brother Naija. He was a guest cook on TVC breakfast show, Wake-Up Nigeria for three consecutive days, BBC Yoruba amongst others. Mr. Fletcher, is a strong promoter of African and Nigerian project, where Entrepreneur spirit should be supported and given adequate ground to grow.

Oyindamola Fletcher is a seasoned business administrator with over 10 years working experience. She has worked with multi-national companies including NNPC, Access Bank and Shell Petroleum before joining Ofadaboy, a leading restaurant and outdoor catering company that offers traditionally focused culinary services, as its Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder.
Her invaluable contributions to the growth of the Ofadaboy brand over the years has positioned the company as a leading beacon within the food & hospitality ecosystem offering catering and consultation services to top brands in government, corporate establishments to mention a few.
Her drive for development within her immediate environment and a passion for shared knowledge has inspired partnerships and collaborations with organizations across Africa that promote the African culture to the world.
She is happily married with kids.
